Welcome to Artificia Intellec Pvt Ltd (“Artificia,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, enrollment in our AI training courses, and participation in our recruitment and placement services. By accessing our Services, you (“User,” “Student,” “Candidate,” or “Client”) agree to these Terms in full.

1. Definitions:

“Services” – Refers to AI training programs, online/offline courses, and AI recruitment & placement services.
“Content” – All materials provided by Artificia, including study material, videos, projects, templates, AI models, code, and proprietary documentation.
“Fees” – All payments due for Services, as displayed on our website or communicated officially.
“Confidential Information” – Includes training methodologies, recruitment processes, client data, and internal business knowledge.
“User Data” – Any personal, academic, or professional information submitted by Users for course enrollment or recruitment purposes.

2. General Acceptance & Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm:
● You are at least 18 years of age (students under 18 require parental/guardian consent).
● You will provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.
● You will not use our Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised activities.
● Artificia reserves the right to accept, reject, or terminate enrollment at its sole discretion.

3. Training Courses: Enrollment, Fees & Policies

3.1 Enrollment:
● Enrollment is confirmed only upon full payment of course fees.
● Access credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing access is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Fees & Payment:
● Fees are payable in advance and in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.
● Artificia reserves the right to revise course fees without prior notice.

3.4 Course Delivery & Commitment:
● Artificia will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver all courses as described.
● We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel courses due to faculty, operational, or technical reasons.
● In case of cancellation by Artificia, only course credits (for future programs) may be issued, never refunds.

4. Recruitment Services

4.1 For Candidates:
● By registering, you authorize Artificia to represent you with employers.
● You agree that Artificia is a facilitator, not an employer. We do not guarantee job placement, salary levels, or employment terms.
● Candidates must ensure that all information, resumes, and documents submitted are accurate. Any misrepresentation will lead to termination of services.

4.2 For Client Companies:
● Engagement terms (placement fees, service charges, guarantees, exclusivity, etc.) will be outlined in a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA).
● Artificia is not liable for employee performance, retention, or behavior post-hiring.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All Content, branding, and proprietary systems are the exclusive property of Artificia Intellec Pvt Ltd.

You are strictly prohibited from:
● Copying, recording, distributing, or reselling course content
● Using our curriculum or recruitment processes to build competing services
● Reverse-engineering or tampering with provided software or AI tools
Violation will result in legal action, damages claims, and permanent suspension.

6. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree not to:
● Share your account or materials with unauthorized persons
● Harass trainers, recruiters, or fellow students during sessions
● Spread misinformation, spam, or malicious software through our platforms
● Use Artificia’s name, content, or reputation for personal gain without permission

7. Data Privacy & Security

● Artificia will use User Data only for educational, recruitment, and administrative purposes.
● We follow reasonable security practices to safeguard User Data but are not liable for
● breaches caused by third-party attacks, User negligence, or external platforms.
● Users consent to receive communications via email, WhatsApp, or SMS regarding updates, reminders, and promotions.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer:
● Services are provided on an “as is, as available” basis.
● Artificia makes no guarantees of specific academic, career, or financial outcomes.

8.2 Limitation of Liability:
● Artificia, its directors, and employees will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including job loss, income loss, or academic failure).
● Maximum liability shall never exceed the actual fees paid by the User.

9. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Artificia, its affilliates, officers, and employees from claims arising out of:
● Violation of these Terms.
● Misuse of Services.
● Inaccurate or false information provided

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

● These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
● Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat.

11. Changes to Terms

Artificia reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of Services = acceptance of the revised terms.
